Screening Tests

The purpose is to investigate the level of wellness within your organisation and to identify those employees who present a high risk of developing certain chronic diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Chronic Heart Disease and Hyperlipidemia. The programme includes the following screening tests:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Glucose
  • Cholesterol
  • Body Mass Index (Height and Weight)

TGI provide written feedback to each employee tested and should any results be outside of normal parameters, patients will be referred to an appropriate Medical practitioner. TGI also offer to follow up on any patients diagnosed with one of the previously mentioned chronic diseases, should this employee not be a member of an organisation that conducts Disease Management.

Full Medical Examinations

TGI are able to conduct all major medical examinations onsite, from Basic entry level investigations that meet Occupational Health requirements, to Comprehensive Executive Medicals. We will tailor make a package to suit your company needs and to meet available budget. Examples of what will be included are:

  • General Physical Examination
  • Resting and Stress ECG
  • Spirometry (lung function)
  • Audiometry
  • Full Blood tests
  • Eye Tests

Clinic Setup

Our aim is to provide our clients with the most comprehensive medical services at an affordable cost. We will set up a fully equipped and stocked Occupational Health Clinic at your premises. We are also able to provide Medical Doctors and Registered Nurses that are qualified Occupational Health practitioners, either on a full time or periodic basis, to conduct necessary medical tests.

Risk Assessment

TGI will prepare and present various reports, including the following:

  • A comprehensive, overall company report which will provide an accurate snapshot of the current health status of the group
  • General Medical Report on each employee.

These can be used to assess the chronic disease prevalence and thus the Health risk that exists within your employee group. We can then further help you to address any issues by instituting an educational programme and if necessary, assisting employees to obtain treatment.
